Guest Services Manager (賓客服務經理)

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest services to ensure guest satisfactions, receive all guests’ queries and handle complaints
  • Supervise the front office team and ensure seamless co-ordination of different departments
  • Maintain a log book (Guest Services Manager's Logbook) recording any unusual incidents and check any important matters that require follow-up.
  • Make periodical guests' room and public area inspections to ensure housekeeping standards are maintained.

 Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder of the Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in hotel’s front office of which 2 years’ at supervisory level
  • A thorough knowledge of the hotel's procedures and policies, including but not limited to reservations, room assignments, baggage handling, housekeeping methods, restaurant and room charges, credit and security.
  • Service-oriented and a sense of urgency
  • Well versed in computer literacy
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Those applicants with less experience may be considered as Assistant Guest Services Manager

Guest Services Officer (賓客服務主任)

Job Duties

  • Handle guests' check-in, check-out, reservations and telephone enquiries
  • Ensure guests’ satisfaction and present the best impression and experience to all hotel guests.
  • Provide administrative supports, such as preparing arrival and departure lists

 Job Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma holder of Hospitality / Tourism Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in customer service or related fields
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Well versed in computer literacy
  • Shift duty is required, including working overnight

Security Officer (保安員)

Job Duties

  • Protect and safeguard all properties of the hotel, guests and employees
  • Perform patrols to ensure that security and order are being maintained in the hotel lobby, guest floors and other public areas within the hotel boundary
  • Work closely with front desk team, provide general information and directions to hotel guests
  • Provide assistance to arriving and departing guests and handle the luggage properly
  • Report all abnormalities and/or illegal activities to the management team
  • Rapid response to all requests on emergency and non-emergency assistance in a professional manner
  • Ensure that all employees observe the rules and regulation of the hotel

 Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder of HKDSEE or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience, preferably in hotel or service apartment
  • Hold a valid Security Personnel Permit and relevant QAS certificate is a must
  • Good communications skills, including Cantonese and Putonghua


Housekeeping Supervisor (樓層督導)

Job Duties

  • Supervise a team of Housekeeping Attendant to provide cleaning services of the assigned rooms and areas
  • Monitor the cleaning standard and to release clean vacant rooms for sales
  • Follow up on guest's requests and provide prompt services

 Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder of the Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in hotel’s housekeeping department of which 1 year’s at supervisory level
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Service-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Attentive to details and well-organized

Job Duties

  • As a core communication hub, attending to all incoming calls and enquiries, follow up with effective and seamless communications with all related parties
  • Provide administrative support to the housekeeping team

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder of Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year’s working experience in the housekeeping department of a hotel
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attentive to details, independent and able to work under pressure

Front Office Coordinator (前堂部聯絡員)

Director of Sales (營業總監)

Job Duties

  • Explore new business opportunities while maintaining good relationships with the established clientele
  • Develop and execute sales & marketing proposals to improve overall operating profits
  • Supervise the sales team and ensure that all sales action plans are implemented as outlined in the marketing plan

 Job Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma holder of Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in hotel sales and marketing field, of which 5 years in managerial capacity
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Aggressive, proactive with strong negotiation skills and able to work under pressure
  • Good contacts with local and overseas travel trade operators
  • Have proven track records in sales and marketing and in-depth understanding in both local and overseas markets
  • Lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Director of Sales
